I would definitely and DID recommend to my son, if he should ever need body and paint work on one of his high end vehicles, I would take it to a Caliber.

I may sound like I am upset with their work, I'm not. I am not happy that I didn't know they were taking the 3rd off which caused me to extend my car rental by three days.

They treated me very well when I dropped off the vehicle. They kept me informed of the progress and when it was done. They neglected to let me that they were going to be closed on July 3rd, the day I planned on picking up the vehicle. The tech left a voice mail for letting me know the car was ready and how late they would be open on Thursday the 2nd. Nothing about the 3rd. When I got to the business on the 3rd, it was closed. No sign on the door indicating they were closed for the holiday, just closed. Because of this I had to extend my rental car for the weekend.

My car got hit & my parts was delivered and repaired in two days. It all depends on the damages of course. But they have kept me informed constantly , and I would love to thank the front desk and Mr.Keith.. Also the whole team at caliber in Clearfield.
