Philip Trejo was wonderful. He kept me updated on the progress in a timely manner always. Bernie Adalid answers the phone and is the first contact at the front desk and is always friendly and well mannered, well dressed and keeps things in the office running smoothly. I can't imagine how the office would run so well without her there ! Very very nice lady.

They were quick, efficient, and super helpful. They called the rental and dealt with insurance for me. I never had to call. Plus they sent text updates throughout the process. The cream on top was that they not only washed my car, but vaccummed it and wiped everything inside down. It was like new!
