They were so great to work with. Made the process very easy for me. Keep in touch with the progress on my car every step of the way. Very friendly and professional. My car looked fantastic when I got it back. Chad pitcher is fantastic to work with and Kevin was so great to call and keep me in the loop. I'm very happy and will definitely refer them to others.

Keith was fantastic, he called me twice a week with updates. Chad and keith went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. They ordered a new radiator and it came in damaged, they told me about it and ordered another that also came in damaged right from gm. They called me in to get approval on an aftermarket one that was identical, very good on their part. They took their time and got it right, very happy with the finished product . I will follow up again in a couple of weeks.

Keith and Chad were fantastic, they kept me updated everytime something happened or changed. They even went out of their way to call me in to authorize the use of an aftermarket radiator because GM sent 3 different ones and all were damaged when they arrived. That is going above and beyond. What I liked best was they listened to me and took their time and got it right. Everything looks great the paint matches perfectly, They made sure every part that was damaged, dented or scratched was replaced or repaired. I am optimistic that the repair will last as if it was just off the assembly line.

Everyone who helped with this process of fixing up my car was very nice and professional. They were quick to replace my bumper and any extra damages, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. There is a small dent on the rear bumper. The reattached piece is a little loose compared to the other side. And while the defect has been buffed out on the corner, you can still see some marks.
