It was a really easy process. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars, they made it easy to understand and made me comfortable with everything that was going to happen. The kept me up to date with everything happening and times lines to when my vehicle would be finished.

My experience with Caliber was incredible. They were caring about my car, my schedule, and the costs to do the work. Chad was so professional and walked me through the repair both before and after the work was finished, was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. The whole experience was a “10”! I’d probably recommend that before they come to pick up car, they ask a few questions about things like tire air, license mounting, etc. Simple things

Replaced tire pressure is low. Not a big deal, but I have to take time to fill it to match other tires And when I arrived to pick up car, front license tag was not mounted.
