Took way too long to finish the job. Car came back with bumper dislodged, and scratches in the paint that weren't there before.

I gave her a10 so she would not fail. The work and speed of the repair was fabulous my car looks great. However I arrived 10 minutes early to drop off my car. She was told I was there when I arrived. I waited 13 minutes, 3 minutes after my appointment time. I know that it is not a big deal but I was very irritated. If she had been on the phone or helping another customer, I would not be writing this. I know about customer service and that was not good customer service.
