Great service and great work! I was updated daily on the progress. Even when a minor mistake was made and I would have never known otherwise, I was informed immediately and it was corrected. My car was brought to your shop after another driver backed into my rear bumper. When I picked it up, the bumper had been repaired, but there were several deep scratches on the driver's side rear quarter panel that were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. When I pointed out the new scratches to the employees I was told the car already had faded paint because of its age, so the scratches were not a big deal. I looked at the intake photos your shop took when my vehicle arrived. Those photos clearly show minor scuffs but they do not show the long and deep scratches that were on the car when I picked it up. I was told someone would contact me after looking into the issue, but I have not received a follow-up. The age of my vehicle does not excuse additional damage while it was in your care.

I was impressed with the customer service I received during my recent vehicle repair. Brian and Deborah were personable and provided excellent service. Brian called me several times throughout the time that my vehicle was there being repaired to provide current updates. The lobby area was very clean and comfortable as well which was a plus for me!
