Caliber damaged my automobile TWICE and this damages had nothing to do with the repairs from the accident. They fixed first damage, only to find new damage when we arrived to pick it up. They refuse to repair or take any responsibility for the damages. We were with same representative both visits and he completely dismissed us. Will not come back. Absolute terrible customer service and personalities.
