I want you to know how much I appreciate the fact that when it was thought that my 2017 accord with less than 14,000 miles on it was saved by your people at Caliber in Clifton Park N.Y. when it was initially though that the vehicle might have to be totaled. Your folks at the Clifton Park shop did an excellent job in the repair of the vehicle. Additionally, they detailed the vehicle to make it look as though it came from the dealership as a brand new car. Also along the time it took to secure the parts, I was constantly contacted to be brought up to date on the repair. The folks at the Clifton Park shop should receive an award. I am so grateful.

I am genuinely envious of the team Caliber collision has at the Clifton Park store and I can only hope for the same level of support from my current team of technicians. To say the quality of work was excellent would be an understatement. Communication was impeccable I was made aware of every detail during the repair of my vehicle and kept in the loop for everything.
