Staff was very courteous. Smooth transitions with the rental car. The work came out great and they even cleaned my car on the inside and the outside when it was done. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. One downside is that there is always an issue parking at the CP location - not enough spots! Overall, I was happy with the process.

I would have given a 10 but found some minor damage on my car that was not part of the original accident and was not present before I dropped it off. Additionally, my car was on fumes...it was not that low when car was dropped off.
