The text updates were timely. Receipt of the plan and cost seemed delayed. Would have preferred a human to call before robo call at the start of our working relationship; it establishes trust. But once I called to get some questions answered and understanding of what I should expect, I was more relaxed and trusting of the service. I would recommend Caliber Collision Clinton.
