My whole experience was wonderful when I called them to make an appointment the lady was extremely helpful she told me exactly what I needed to do. When I brought in my car, she helped me with the paperwork and was very patient with me. The guy that worked on my car greeted me before and after the services they went above and beyond with customer service excellent

Picked up vehicle last Friday and an emblem and molding were left off. Was told they have parts and I could come on Monday to have installed. An hour later was told they would call me by Tuesday to come in. Tuesday evening was told parts were sent back and they would call Wednesday when they come in. No call. Besides that a large bolt was in my tire when I picked it up, costing me $30 for a plug
