My car was transferred to a different shop over an hour away. Repairs took longer than expected. Estimated completion date got pushed back over and over again with no clear explanation. After 90 days the local shop got the car back and allowed me to bring it home. We are still waiting on a piece of trim for the rear bumper for the repair to be 100% complete.

I was pleased with the work on my car. I just wish it was better communication because a whole week went by and i had to call and check on my car. But besides that I appreciate how Rich went above and beyond and stayed past time and waited for me to come get my car after hours.

Very professional, friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience working with Caliber Collisions on behalf of Nationwide Insurance recommendation. The vehicle was repaired to my liking good as new. The estimated time frame for completion was just as mentioned. I received text messages throughout the process to keep me up to date on the vehicle completion status. I would get my car repaired at this shop again.
