From our first call to schedule the appointment every single person at Caliber has treated us with care, understanding, and shown amazing communication. Katina helped us with coordinating to have a rental car for when I arrived with my 2 kiddos so we wouldn't have our day disrupted. Brandon greeted us and took a look at our vehicle right away. He reviewed the process with me so I would know just what to expect. inteceived routine updates via text message which was reassuring that the progress on my vehicle was moving smoothly. They even worked with my rental car company to let me drop off the vehicle there, so my pick up of my AMAZING looking vehicle was swift and efficient. My vehicle looks brand new. I would hate for anyone to get in an accident and need a collision shoppe. But if there is ever a need, Caliber 100% is the best in service and this customer is 100% satisfied.

I absolutely loved the customer service that Brandon Campbell and Rondel Curry provided. They called me with updates, took the time to show me what was fixed on my car, and also told me to bring it back if my car gave me any trouble. They were very hands on with talking with customers even though they had a receptionist. 5 star quality from these two employees. I’ll be returning if any more accidents.

Even with the bad experience I had with my vehicle overheating after picking the car up last Friday after I was told that my vehicle was ready that following Monday I had to return my vehicle to the body shop for further review at which point the issue was resolved immediately afterwards and I wanna thank mr.rich at caliber collision in Clinton for doing such an great job at finding the problem with the vehicle and I definitely would refer anyone to come to caliber collision...
