The driver seat a piece had broken when the accident occured but was not fixed ut but took the piece out of the car with the key from me, said he would take care of it. When the work was done on the rear of the vehicle the seat area was still incomplete and chick said he didnt recall taking it...didnt like that at all!

Chuck and the rest of the Caliber Collision Team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. The receptionist was always friendly and had a great attitude. A technician was kind enough to drop me off to pick up my rental which was extremely helpful. I received an explanation of the work that needed to be done and daily updates on the progress of my repair. This was very helpful for planning purposes. Additionally, being able to drop off and return my rental with no hassle made my day. Thank you Chuck and the Caliber Collision Team!
