Caliber on 8000 Old Branch Ave gave me outstanding service, and the customer service was twice as outstanding. I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Old Alexandria store. I bought my car in on March 13. 2019 at 7:30 am for a appointment on 3/14/2019. I was told I could not leave my car, that I could bring the car back at 5:00 pm. I told them I had to go downtown DC more than an hour away. The reception was not helpful in any way. I call back on 3/15/19 an was told that they had no record of me dropping off my car. The young lady who answered the phone asked a manager and was told he did not remember me dropping off my car and speaking to me. I hung up and call back 20 minutes later, and was told my car was transferred to the shop on Old Branch Ave. I spoke to two different ladies the younger of the two was very helpful the other was not helpful at all. What appeared to me is that the old Alexandria ferry office need some Manager and customer service training. The Old Branch Ave office could be an example how great customer service and great Management should be done.
