I was very satisfied with staff at coming to business, assistance with making payments, initial quote, dropping off vehicle, etc. staff is friendly and very professional. i would have preferred to receive more status updates of service. Only disappointment was being notified the day before I was originally planning to pick up car that an optional fee would need to be added to calibrate cameras due to doors being removed for repair. I would think tha t would be something standard to know once you pull up the VIN to see what the car is equipped with that removing the doors from a model that has backup camera would require optional calibrating. luckily, I could afford the additional $900+ cost at the last minute.

They made sure that all the parts were in excellent condition. They kept me up-to-date about what was going on with my car. And when I received my car, it was repaired showroom. New you cannot tell anything had ever happened to my car. The customer service was wonderful Especially David, but from the front desk, the person answered the phone to the handover. I have no complaints great and wonderful job will recommend.
