The communication was good until I picked up my car. I had 3 lights on my dash. I was told to call before I left a review. So they would have a chance to fix it. Well I called and they were out of the office. The receptionist did call and say they would call on Monday the following week. They never returned my call. I got the dash lights fixed myself.

I had my Jeep repaired a year ago and a small part of the repair failed. I brought it to the manager’s attention and he completely took care of me. He got me scheduled and they quickly fixed it with no fuss. Everyone I dealt with was nice, friendly, and professional. Well done, it was a much better experience than I could have expected.
