Was very happy that when I wasn't able to get scheduled in right away at the shop nearest me they offered the alternative to take it or have it shipped to the next closest caliber collision shop. I was able to get it right in and the work to get started right away. Excellent customer service.

Stephanie at Caliber was excellent to work with and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. Stephanie even stayed late the day it was finished so I could pick up my car before a major snow storm hit Cincinnati the next day.

Staff was extremely nice and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. I took my car in on Tuesday and work was completed by Friday afternoon. Knowing the struggles companies are having getting supplies, I was expecting a longer wait for repairs to be completed. I was very excited that it only took 3-1/2 days. I will be highly recommending this company.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They kept me notified of the progress on my car’s repair. I brought my car in on Tuesday, Feb 8th. Knowing that many companies are having issues with obtaining supplies, I was very happy when they called me on Friday, Feb 11th, that my repairs were complete.
