I appreciate Caliber Collision and everything they did for me. The vehicle looks great. The best part of the experience was the communication each week, sometimes several times a week. Stephanie should be a valued employee. She was always complete in her communication, respectful and was there for any need or question I had. I understand the supply chain issue is a problem but Caliber, especially Stephanie minimized frustrations that could have happened. I thank you all for everything. Jeff

I am beyond totally satisfied. My truck looks great and for that I am thankful. The communication from Stephanie at Caliber Collision in Colerain was awesome. With all of the supply chain issues and employees contracting Covid she was always keeping me in the loop. I knew they would do a good job with the repairs but for me it was the communication that made the difference. It wasn’t too much and or not enough. I think something is wrong with the car. When I lock it it makes a strange noise I will call them monday hopefully it wont be much wrong other than that I was satisfied

The choice of repair shop was imposed on me. I am not sure if the was way they worked with me is their usual way of doing business or not.

I did not received an estimate before my car was fixed. I later found out that Traveller’s Insurance told them not to give me an estimate. This is an unprofessional way of doing business. As the owner of the car, I. Have the right to fix my car where ever I want to fix my car and not where the Insurance imposed on me.
