From start to finish the process was easy and I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I’m terrible at remembering names but all the ladies and the one gentlemen that we worked with with super nice and right on top of things. the exterior work of the vehicle was phenomenally replaced. however, there is an issue going on in the driver’s side front wheel assembly where the F-150 initially hit our vehicle

The staff at Caliber Colerain were very helpful & informative. They made sure to contact me with updates on my vehicle’s repair. My fender was on back order so the completion date of my car changed by a month, but I was ok because everything was communicated to me clearly. I also appreciate that they returned my rental car for me when I picked up my vehicle. I had an overall good experience.
