The entire staff that I encountered was extremely polite and friendly. Each one went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was going to name each person but I'm afraid I will miss someone. I also appreciated the email/text updates. It made me feel like I was kept in the loop.

I sat in the office for over two hours trying to get in touch with the adjuster to get a rental car . The rental car company didn’t even have a standing order for my rental . In the future have a direct line or way to contact the insurance adjuster so the client doesn’t have to waste time trying to do their job .
