Five stars for the whole team. They earned them, and Alexandra especially. She was wonder at communication from start to finish, so I never had to wonder where things stood. And the team's work is flawless. You genuinely can't tell there was ever an issue. Here's the highest compliment I can give: I'm a business analyst for a call center, so evaluating customer service is literally my job. If I could steal Alexandra from you, I would.
