Car was not ready - there was a panel cover laying on the floor of the drivers side. The paint had a number of bubbles and needs to be buffed / re-done. Car was washed but full of water spots. When first impressions count - you missed this one!!

Car not ready . Bubbles in paint and clear coat. Electrical panel cover laying on floor in drivers area. The engine compartment was dusty and dirty. Thought least a wash or steam clean would have been done

They communicated all along during the repair and the working relationship they have with enterprise was a pleasant surprise. Enterprise picked me up at Caliber and took me to the nearby Enterprise to pick up my rental and was able to drop it off at Caliber when my car was ready.
