I was satisfied with Patrick, and with Josh handling the fiasco that Amanda created!. I’m aware that Amanda no longer works at Caliber Collision, but she was the person that made my experience frustrating! I do appreciate Patrick and Josh working together to make things right after her departure. I am also glad to finally have my vehicle back.

The headlights do not work correctly, I had to ask them to repair a place on the bumper that was not smooth after they painted it, some of the wiring is messed up and now my stabilitrak and traction control do not work. This is causing stuttering because the engine doesn’t think that it’s getting enough power. They tried to tell me that this was due to the heater coil, but something is messed up in the ABS wiring or wiring elsewhere.

The body work you did was great. I wish it didn’t take three weeks but I understand. Since I got the car back I am Having some system electrical issues. Not sure if there is any connection. Will bring car to dealer to check it out.

I was VERY impressed with Caliber Collision. After having several bad experiences with other collision repair shops, Caliber was awesome. I was updated on the status of my vehicle every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I knew exactly where they were at in the process and always knew when I would get my vehicle back. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
