Although I haven’t seen my vehicle yet as I am out of town, I am very pleased with your customer service. Tyler persisted in keeping me informed. Since we were not able to pick our car up until Monday, Tyler delivered it to our house and sent me text pictures showing me that our car was in my driveway! I am most impressed! The employees at Caliber were courteous, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entirety of the repair process. They went the extra mile in cleaning the inside of my car, which was totally unexpected. Though I’d prefer not to need their services again, I will only use them for my repair needs from now on.
