I was thrilled with my experience. Caliber Collison was very persistent in getting my carpets repaired. They called, emailed and text me, reminding me to schedule an appointment. The receptionist, along with Stephanie were kind and very professional!!!

Jorge made the process very simple and seamless for me. I have never had to have body work before and I was nervous. Jorge took care of all the paperwork and I especially appreciated the fact that he communicated consistently with me and I never once had to chase him down for an update. I was much more impressed with Caliber Collision than with my own insurance company about progress reports. They finished early, so my rental car fees were lower than I expected. My car looks and drives like brand new. I feel very secure because of all the safety points that were checked by Caliber Collision. The car came back to me in better mechanical and cosmetic shape than when I dropped it off. The alignment is excellent and the interior was shined up and free of dust. I was so happy about the special discount I received at the rental car company. Saved me almost half of what I would have paid with it. I will recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family.

Jorge is a true professional. I contacted him within hours of my accident and he was so kind he told me to come on down and gave me an estimate right there and calmed me and explained the process. The staff and the office were super clean and comfortable. My husband is ill and I was not looking forward to going to a "garage"by myself, but I was very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The staff are all very kind. It was awesome! Like having a family member take care of everything for me! Excellent communication and I got my car back quicker and better than promised.
