Was gonna be a 10 but since I can’t get a single person on the phone without getting hung up on or get a return call a 2 is generous

Repair work was great but they were waiting on back order parts. They made my vehicle drivable for the time being, and after about 3 weeks I got a call that parts should be in that week. Have not heard a thing since and it’s been several weeks. Everytime I call to check in, I get put on hold and hung up on or the line just rings. Was very happy at first, now I’m less than impressed.

Grant did an awesome job of keeping us updated. He was great to work with!! Blake was nice enough to come in on Saturday to make sure we got our car on time. I would highly recommend this team. They were fantastic to work with. Very professional and courteous.

They got the repair done over 2 weeks earlier than originally estimated, trucks interior was a mess from the accident but they still detailed the inside. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Only driven it about 60 miles but so far I’m very pleased with the work.
