I had to wait over 2 months and did not have any contact from your company. I called several times with NO answer I finally had to physically go to the business toget things going. Not good business. I was told that the company was transferring to another company. It seems you forgot your customers. However after everything was set up then contact was great. The work was completed ias was agreed upon. Satisfied with you work

I didn’t get a very good explanation from the lady that I picked up the car from at Caliber Collision today. There is what looks like the indication of an added layer of plastic added onto the bumper, as I look at both sides of he car near the gap edges of the front bumper, that wasn’t there before. Wish I could have talked to the appraiser, Tom or the main repair technician that did the work on my car, when I was there this afternoon.
