I would never recommend caliber collision to anyone especially after having the interaction I had with mercedez I had to bring back my car after they caused it damage to an area that wasn’t affected by the crash and I also was blamed for new damage they cause after the second time I had to pick it up

Honestly great job from the team. Communicated all the way through with updates and were so helpful throughout the entire process. Truck looks like it came straight from the factory when i got it back.

The staff was amazing first of all and very flexible and understanding. My car went in for hail damage all over hood, roof top and trunk. Car was fixed in two weeks which is not the time I expected but the results were perfect. I took it back as they had mentioned to me when I first picked it up and said if I was not happy or had a concern to bring it back and I did there was a small issue with windshield, but it was not them directly, it was the window vendor. They repaired that issue in a day , and now I am driving happily. Thank you to the manager and the front desk super amazing and kind staff!
