Everything was extremely perfect from the moment that I walked in the door from the front desk Lady who was very helpful and had a very professional and great attitude, and answered all the questions I needed.to Jesse, who was fixing my car and made sure I knew everything about it. I was always updated on everything and the experience was five star. This place is absolutely incredible. The team at Caliber Collision in Colton ensured a stress-free experience. Upon vehicle retrieval, I simply returned my rental to them, and they managed the entire return process, which was a significant convenience. The entire team, from the manager Cynthia to the rest of the staff, incliluding Jess F. demonstrated exceptional service. They even provided a complimentary car wash, including interior cleaning and vacuuming. I was profoundly impressed by the professionalism and courtesy extended by the entire staff. Thank you.

Caliber collision as a whole is such a trusting company, but the Colton location has been my favorite. Jess and Cynthia worked super hard to ensure this process went smoothly with updates on the car often. They are super intimate with their customers and do very meticulous, cost-effective work. The repair was done in an ample amount of time and was returned to me in amazing condition. Definitely recommend to anyone needing auto body repair.

I would recommend anyone to the caliber collision, but this one in specific because it was so small and intimate. They were very friendly and even gave me a complementary part from another accident to make my car look its best.

Overall, the team was very friendly and provided great customer service. When I picked up my car, I did have to point out that the fender was popping out too much, but they fixed it right away without any issues. I also had to bring my car back previously for another concern, which was a little inconvenient, but the staff was always professional, helpful, and willing to make things right. Besides those issues, the team did a good job and I appreciate how attentive and courteous everyone was throughout the process.

Great service! They finished my car very quickly ahead of schedule. They also delivered my car to me which was an additional added bonus. Hopefully I won't need to go to them again anytime soon but if I ever need them in the future I will be going to them!
