We did not come to an agreed date to pick up my car. I was told within the first few days of repairs my car would be done 1/5. You guys marked my car complete without telling me so I was forced to pick up my car and drop off the rental or be charged for car rental fees. I have text messages and the voicemail saying that I was not ready to pick it up the day you marked it completed. And you saying we need to schedule a day. I should’ve been told the car would be marked completed before hand. I’m a nurse, I work long hours and I’m not by my phone at all hours of the day. When I do have a chance to call your closed for the day. I left work that’s an hour away btw early because you marked my car complete.
