All I gotta say is that Sergio Solis went above and beyond getting my car repaired. Was in constant communication , giving me updates on how the repairs were going. Listening and answering any questions I had and in the end he got my car ready before the estimated timeline. A car accident is always a nightmare but thanks to Sergio everything went smoothly. On their website Caliber Collision claims they’ll “Restore the Rhythm of Your Life” by delivering “Exceptional Service”, “a Hassle & Stress Free” experience. They also claim their techs are trained “above and beyond industry standards. IT’S ALL TRUE! Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. Sergio, Christine & Yenera explained the process and scope of work clearly and communicated at least twice a week to keep me updated. The techs’ work on my Mercedes is Pristine and was finished on time. Don’t role the dice and hope for the best at another repair shop. Pass Go then get Direct to Caliber in Colton.
