I had the most pleasant experience working with Caliber collision, the entire staff were so kind and gave me constant updates on my repair. Sergio was amazing at explaining the entire process to me and reassuring me that everything would be taken care of within the time frame I was hoping, in fact it was ready a day before the estimated completion date! We have not received a response from Cynthia regarding the nicked paint on our bumper or the sensor that was worked on and is now pushed in. While these issues may not be major fixes, we feel we’ve been pushed to the back of the line and don’t have the time to continuously follow up without a response. We were told we could either have the repairs completed or receive a discount. Given the confusion and additional repairs needed on the day our vehicle was supposed to be ready, we would prefer to opt for the discount. We understand our vehicle may have presented some challenges, but we just want to resolve this matter without further delays or calls to Caliber.
