Work came out great, car was clean when I picked up, updates were sent and completion time was done on the date they promised it would be. Estimator, Daniel, helped me out greatly and the front office was very helpful. Cynthia, manager, was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Colton shop to anyone looking for vehicles repair. You won't believe how hard it was to find a shop willing to fix a German vehicle (Audi), they came through.

Daniel walked through how the repair was going to work. Showed me a couple of prices to repair the inside of my car that the dealership wanted to charge double the price. He ordered the parts and kept me apprised of when they would be in. Called me to bring my car in and showed professionalism and courtesy through the repair process. I have very please with the final work done and a job well done. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my family and friends.
