Second time having Calliber doing my Honda repair and they go beyond my expectations. Jess and his team did a fantastic job. Bumper replaced in under a week. The insurance agent was particularly rude but the team at Caliber handled it with 100% professionalism. Jess even came in on a Saturday morning so that I could have my car back ASAP.

Took my Vehicle to Caliber in chino, I was told they would have to transfer my car to the Colton location and I can say it was a blessing. My advisor was Jess, and I can say he definitely went above and beyond with my vehicle. From keeping me informed just about every other day, to apologizing for the bad attitude of the receptionist who was having a really bad day, when I called to get the total of my repairs. With that being said I Thank Jess for being so prompt and getting my car in a way better condition, making it look like it’s off the lot again. Thank You Jess!
