From checking in my vehicle with Ms. Cerra and receiving a repair estimate from Mr. Reese was outstanding. I also received a rental vehicle right away. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and picked it up on Friday, four days earlier than projected to be fixed. My vehicle looks like it didn’t even get into an accident. Awesome customer service and Reese kept me informed every step of the way. I will recommend this shop for repairs to my family and friends. Vehicle repair was good. However, I was called to come pick up vehicle which was reported to be ready. After I left work early, and took an Uber to the repair shop, I still had to wait over an hour for my truck to actually be ready. I lost 2 hours of work productivity. That is unacceptable and could have been avoided if the shop had waited to contact me to come in for pickup until my vehicle was actually ready for pick up. Above is the reason I can only rate a score of 7.

The team was very customer friendly and I was super happy with the communication and work that was done. There was a small discrepancy when I picked up the vehicle but it was addressed quickly. I was very satisfied with this location and highly recommend their service.

They got new management but the place seems like it is run dysfunctional. I spoke to the new manager and he promised me things, but two weeks later he never delivered on his promised.

Work was not finished before they gave me the car back. Communication is terrible with management. I call leave messages they don’t call back. Got a popping noise from repair work. Have no idea when it will be brought back. No quality control in place there. I would have never released the car with the way the wheel looks and popping and rubbing noise.

Customer service is no good. Not informed at all. My return date was changed 4 times and then when I picked up car it’s not fixed.correctly. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt with new management but, they still are not calling me back or they scheduling me a time to get it fix correctly.
