Everything was completely to my satisfaction. The facility was immaculate including the restrooms and waiting area. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Josh, who I assume is the service manager, was very complete in his explanation of everything to me, and Patrick who actually did the work on my car came out to explain one final thing to me. All communication was via a text and kept me updated every step of the way. When the car was ready, Josh made a personal phone call to advise me. I will recommend Caliber Collision to others for their efficiency and quality work.

I was very impressed with Caliber Collision how they treated me and how my car was repaired. From the receptionist to the service manager Josh and the person who actually did the repairs, Patrick, I was treated with friendliness and respect. They kept me informed via text throughout the process and I received a personal phone call from Josh when my car was ready, actually ahead of schedule. I will be happy to recommend Caliber Collision to others.
