Great customer service from Ms. Sierra. She checked me in right away and scheduled for a rental. Service advisor Toney was clear and detail on identifying the damage to my vehicle. Impressed with their communication, timeliness, and friendliness. My car was ready a week and half prior to the first timeline given and that was in the middle of SC’s ice storm and snow storm of late January and beginning of February. My car looks like it was never damaged and rides and drives fantastic. (Thank you for making my wife happy again!)
