I'm satisfied with the courteous service assistant during the repair process. However, I'm used to someone walking me to my car and explaining the repairs. This did not happen when my car was picked up. That's disappointing. I've used Caliber Collision on other occasions.

I've used Caliber, at other locations, a couple of times before. They always walked me to my car and explained the repairs and made certain I was satisfied. However, this time, I paid and was handed my keys without any walkthrough. I expected more from Caliber.

My insurance company recommended Caliber collision to repair my 2023 Hyundai Kona, and I'm very satisfied. From the receptionist, Sierra, and Tony, who did the initial estimate, were very hospitable. My car looks perfect, can't tell where it was damaged. They also provided a warranty. I highly recommend them. I also let my insurance adjuster know, to continue to use Caliber. Thank you.
