It was so nice to get daily updates in regard to the progress on my car. The work looks excellent and the car was detailed to my surprise. The receptionist was super helpful going over all the repairs that were made. I would definitely use Caliber again.

Replaced 2 front fenders with new and dent on hood. Both fenders have fish eye and orange peel and multiple imperfections in clear coat. As well as a NEW scratch on the bumper.

When my Toyota’s hail repair was complete I noticed many scratches on the hood. This is a 2026 Highlander with 6500 miles on it. I showed the scratches to Nate and he checked the pictures they had taken of my vehicle. Nate was very helpful and said their shop would buff out the scratches. He wondered if the person who repaired the hail damage had drug his tools over the hood. When I came back to get my car I still found a scratch on the hood. This time Kyle helped me. He told me that I had a black car and black cars were scratched easily. He then told me he saw scratches on my car when it came to the shop. He said he would not repaint it if the buffing wouldn’t work. I was not pleased and told him it was a brand new car that was kept in the garage. I was absolutely shocked that Caliber Collision was not willing to take responsibility for the hood scratches. I ended up leaving the car overnight. When I picked it up the hood looked great! I trusted this company to repair the hail damage on my car instead there was more damage when I picked it up. I know that they did take care of the scratches, but it leaves me wondering about the entire process of repairing the hail damage and whether or not it was done correctly. Kyle did apologize and made it right and I do appreciate that! It just wasn’t what I wanted expected from this business.
