My husband was told they fixed it without issue until he got there and was belittled and basically was told the rep didn't see any issues. It's truly a sad situation. Caliber corp needs to speak with the body repair people. In Columbia IL. My car had a deep scratch on the door. It now has waves on the door and orange peel along the door Won't be able to support this location anymore 😟

Originally everyone was very accommodating. My repair took over 3 weeks to repair a deep scratch. Charged 30 hours for three weeks of keeping my car with an end result of them being condescending and rude upon completion

I felt that Nate was very professional and helped me to understand the process of the repair of my vehicle . He updated me regularly via text messaging .
