It seemed to take a long time to complete not that they could have done anything different. Nate and Joe kept us informed as well as they could. I was probably not the easiest going customer they have seen. I will be calling them as today was the first day I drove it and felt some play in the steering wheel. I am sure they will take care of it.

Firstly, it’s never fun to deal with the consequences of someone rear ending you. But, Caliber Collision added ease to my discomfort. The staff are super friendly. Not only that..my car was complete within a week and what a surprise to discover that it was detailed!!! Thank you Caliber Collision.

Nate was awesome. He kept in touch the whole time and made sure I was happy. My repair took quite a bit longer than they quoted but he let me know every step of the way. Very friendly too. The work I had done was good too! And the car came back to me in very clean condition - they even folded my clothes in the back, LOL.

I had to return to Caliber Collision with my vehicle, after getting it back, due to someone not tightening an under engine cover down, and it was torn off. They ordered a new one and replaced it the following day. But I still feel like I'm hearing some wobbling or rattling spins coming from underneath my car, that I never used to hear, before the original damage occurred.
