The initial person (can’t think of his name) I spoke with at Caliber in Columbia, IL was not very kind, somewhat challenging, but Dan (I think that’s his name) came and spoke with me and he was very accommodating and ensured that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, this experience with Caliber was much better than my previous one and bottom line, my car looks very good.
