I have always taken my vehicle to caliber collision even when it was collision plus. The one in Swansea IL. I love their work. This on in Columbia IL was a disappointment. My car is now two different colors. I will be taking it to them to look at it today

My vehicle was returned 1 gallon low on coolant which caused the vehicle to overheat when I drove it home. There is also a ticking noise now coming from under the front end, where the vehicle was repaired.

I used this location when it was called 'Quality Collision' which was good also. But! More convenient when car rental available THERE too. Even though, Enterprise was ok. Didn't wait too long....it was reasonable but not close as before.
