Customer communication was generic text messages. Body work was well done but not complete clean up. Car had to be buffed in several areas when we picked it up.

The door is hard to close and we hear air sounds like if the window isn’t closed all the way. It took you longer than estimated and we had to take it back the same day we picked it up because we couldn’t get it to back up.

Horrible service constant lies about completion date. Putting used parts on from lkq pick a part. Just overall the worst car repair experience I’ve ever had and will never take another vehicle there or recommend anyone take they’re vehicle there
