The communication and professionalism from the entire staff was amazing. I never had to wonder what was going on with my repair which was completed exactly when I was told it would be. Special shoutout to Trent whom I worked with directly. Chris has a great staff on hand. Highly recommend Caliber!!

Chris quoted me a high price for repairs causing me to claim it on my insurance only to negotiate a lower price with my insurance. When his premiums go up on his insurance I hope he thinks about this.

*everyone* I worked with was fantastic. Customer service was able to help me through bad directions from my insurance and get me a rental seamlessly, management stayed late to help me work out next steps, and my tech was fantastic with communication and care for my vehicle.

Trent and the repair team did an excellent job. Looks exactly as it was prior to the accident. My car had no issues driving after the accident, but now seems like it's driving as if brand new.

Byron was incredibly helpful over the phone with his updates and when I met him to pick up my vehicle. He made a typically undesirable experience pleasant!
