My experience with Caliber Collision was outstanding from start to finish. My car was hit in a parking lot and from the very first call to schedule an estimate, the process was smooth, efficient, and professional. Because my local Caliber location was extremely busy, they arranged to have my vehicle transported to their Columbus location so repairs could begin sooner. I truly appreciated the extra effort to help speed up the process. Chris was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. He kept me informed every step of the way — from repairs, to paint, to final cleanup and delivery. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle, and his communication and customer service were exceptional. When my car was returned, I was honestly shocked at how good it looked. It looked brand new again! The repair work and attention to detail were incredible. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing collision repair and will gladly tell others about my positive experience. Couple dirt nibs were not wet sanded and buffed off the clear is my only complaint

Work was very thorough, staff very kind, and paint finish was really good. I would only have appreciate maybe more communication and if the dirt nibs were wet sanded and buffed out.

Everything was great! All the staff was amazing. I was walked me through all the repairs, knew the bill after insurance (so no surprises) and answered any questions I had during pick up.
