Every encounter that I had with Caliber Collision went smoothly. Well I had to deal with things from my insurance company, Caliber Collision was patient with my phone calls and was able to take care of my car much quicker than we thought. I will definitely be Rebecca mending Caliber Collision.

There was an issue with a code showing on the computer, Caliber suggested we take it to the dealership and have them look at it and if there were any charges Caliber would pay for it. The care was taken to the dealership and they found several things missing on the care or not properly fixed. I had to pay $159 and change and I took the bill to Caliber and they said they would get back to me. They did call and said they would pay, however, it had to be in a Gift card form and not a check.

Heath was absolutely great! He kept me well informed as my car was undergoing repairs. He promised to do what no other repair shop could even come close to by telling me he could have the parts quickly and get the vehicle back to me in time for my planned car. Not only did he deliver on the promise but I got my car back even quicker than promised. Work looks great! I would highly recommend this shop!

It looks really good! The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is because it appears there is a piece of dirt or something under the paint. We noticed it upon inspection when we picked up our car. We were assured that it will be taken care of so we plan to schedule an appointment when we have.the time.

Very friendly staff. They did what they said they were going to do. Once the parts were in the repair was completed in a timely manner. The repair looked great like nothing ever happened. My car was nice and shiny when I picked it up. Hopefully I won’t need this type of service again but if I do I would go to Caliber Collision again.
