Overall pleased with the repairs. There is one place where I noticed that the molding isn't flush with the door. But not significantly noticeable.

Staff was always patient and courteous in their communication. I think I expected more regular status updates, but that may have been my personal preference. I was notified when my completion was delayed but not why it was delayed not that knowing would have been of any benefit to me. Overall I am pleased with the customer service.
