After having my vehicle for a month, they said it was ready to come get. Upon arrival I noticed they only fixed part of the damage and the car had an extra dent that wasn't there before I dropped it off. The gm said to bring it in Friday and they'd fix it and get it back to me that day. I dropped it off and returned to pick it up that afternoon hoping the repairs would be done but they didn't even touch it all. Overall a complete waste of time and a huge disappointment.

The workmanship was great. The customer service was above and beyond, Emily was kind enough to drive our vehicle to a nearby gas station , because my mom who can not navigate around round abouts, could not follow me out of the facility. That really helped us out so much.

Caliber Collision was exceptional and very personable. They did a fantastic job on my car. Ryan and Faith kept me informed the whole time from start to finish
